Fantasy Football Points Calculator
Turn any stat line into fantasy points for Standard, Half-PPR, and Full PPR at once — for offense, kickers, or defense. Match your league with platform presets and custom scoring, and see exactly how much each reception is worth.
Example: a WR with 8 receptions, 110 receiving yards and 1 TD → Full PPR: 25.0.

How fantasy scoring works
Fantasy points are a weighted sum of real production — yards count a little, touchdowns count a lot, and turnovers cost you. The only thing that changes between Standard, Half-PPR, and Full PPR is how much a single reception is worth, which is why pass-catching running backs and high-volume receivers gain the most moving from Standard to PPR, while touchdown-dependent and pure-rushing players change the least.

These are the most common default settings (ESPN standard). ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper agree on nearly all offensive scoring; the biggest differences are kicker field-goal distance tiers and defensive points-allowed tiers. Always confirm against your own league's scoring page.
ESPN vs. Yahoo vs. Sleeper
For offense, the three big platforms are effectively identical out of the box: 1 point per 25 passing yards, 4-point passing TDs, 6-point rushing and receiving TDs, −2 for interceptions and lost fumbles, and 0.1 points per rushing or receiving yard. The default for a reception is 0 (Standard) unless you choose a Half- or Full-PPR league. Where they diverge is the specialists: kicker distance bands and defensive points-allowed brackets differ slightly, and Sleeper leagues are the most likely to run custom scoring. Set the format and passing-TD value above to match your league, and treat kicker and defense totals here as the common-standard baseline.

Common mistakes
- Comparing a Standard-league projection to a PPR leaderboard — the same player looks very different depending on target volume.
- Forgetting your league's passing-TD value — some award 6 points instead of the 4-point default used here.
- Ignoring fumbles lost, which quietly erase a full rushing or receiving touchdown's worth of points.
- Assuming yards matter most — touchdowns and (in PPR) receptions usually drive the score far more than yardage.
Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Standard, Half-PPR, and Full PPR?
They differ only in how much a reception is worth: 0 points in Standard, 0.5 in Half-PPR, and 1 in Full PPR. Every other stat scores identically. PPR formats reward pass-catching backs and high-target receivers most.
How do I set this to my ESPN, Yahoo, or Sleeper league?
Pick your PPR format and set points-per-passing-TD (4 is the default on all three; some leagues use 6). Kicking and defense here use the common ESPN-standard values. For anything unusual, use the Custom fields — always confirm against your league's own scoring page, since any setting can be changed.
Why is a passing touchdown only 4 points by default?
4 points per passing TD is the default on ESPN, Yahoo, and Sleeper, alongside 6 points for rushing and receiving TDs. Switch the Passing TD control to 6 if your league uses 6-point passing TDs.
How is kicker scoring calculated?
Field goals score by distance — 3 points for 0–39 yards, 4 for 40–49, and 5 for 50+ — extra points are worth 1, and a missed field goal is −1. These are the most common defaults; distance tiers vary slightly by platform.
How is defense (D/ST) scored?
Sacks are +1, interceptions and fumble recoveries +2, defensive or return touchdowns +6, safeties and blocked kicks +2, plus a points-allowed bonus: +10 for a shutout down to −5 for allowing 46+. Points-allowed tiers are the biggest source of platform variation.
Do 2-point conversions and bonuses count?
Two-point conversions are included (+2 each). Long-play and yardage bonuses (for example 300+ passing yards) vary too much by league to include by default — add them with the Custom scoring fields if your league awards them.
What's a good weekly fantasy point total?
As an informal community rule of thumb (not an official stat), a strong weekly QB1 is roughly 20+ points and a strong RB1/WR1 in PPR is roughly 15+. These vary by league and season — treat them as a gut-check, not a target.
